Info from Licensor: "Woman leaving her place of employment 1.2 miles from the epicenter of the fire. This video was taken roughly .7 miles from the epicenter. This video shows the burning of a plastic recycling facility that began burning around 2pm on 04/11/23. This video was taken at 4pm, two hours after it started. At the end of the street there was a police blockade where we were turned around. The street this fire happened off of in Richmond, Indiana was blocked off overnight. The fire is still burning today 04/12/23 at 7:40pm."
