Info from Licensor: "I was driving home after midnight on a major street when I came across the 'Loud n Lit' Pedal Palooza bike ride. The riders had taken over the whole street, with no traffic control to lead the way. The group took about 6 minutes to fully pass by. The bikers were overwhelmingly polite and courteous despite impeding traffic."
