Occurred on October 6, 2018 / Los Angeles, California, USA Info from Licensor: "Around 4:00 P.M. on Saturday morning, two sheriffs approached Daniel from behind without identifying themselves as the law, nor did Daniel see a police vehicle approach. Daniel was walking down Firestone between Holmes and Beach St. with his niece and nephews before being choked brutally by one officer while the other twisted his arms like a pretzel. His girlfriend Diana was in such shock upon seeing the sheriffs choking Daniel to the point of near death that she had no choice but to impose. Upon doing so Diana also got beaten, punched, manhandled, sexually harassed and had guns pointed at her. The crowd of the disgusted community also had guns and pepper spray pointed at them. After they beat Daniel, he was thrown in the squad car and pepper sprayed inside the vehicle. He was also threatened to keep his mouth shut to make everything disappear or he was to be taken to the 'dungeon' in wayside/supermax. There, the sheriffs are notorious for severely beating inmates in attempts to intimidate and get their way. Daniel was released at 1:00 A.M. the next morning along with Diana. The whole neighborhood has voiced their opinion. Everyone recognized Daniel as a family man and are also disgusted with the Sheriffs actions."
