Info from Licensor: "My neighbor rammed into my car right outside my house. He has diabetic neuropathy and couldn't feel his feet. He mistook the gas pedal for the brake pedal while trying to park his vehicle and ended up flooring it into mine. This caused $7000 worth of damage to my vehicle."
